I had a customer call today wanting to get chairmats from me that she currently gets from Sam's. I switched her to our Lorrell private label mats and was able to save her money with free delivery. I boasted that the delivery would be made by the friendliest delivery guy in town. Here was her response.
Sweet! I will talk to my boss and see if I can get the go ahead to at least try a couple.
I REALLY appreciate your quick and friendly response.
It sets you apart.
And yes, you do have the “friendliest delivery guy in town”!!!!
Another comment from a customer about Mr. Gary Doninger. Gary, I want to say thank you for all you do for Indoff and me.
I want to tell you the delivery man you have is one of the nicest people we have met. Good service !!!

It feels really good when customers give testimonials for Gary and me. We both really like what we do and enjoy taking care of our customers. One of our better customers was nice enough to put these comments in writing for us to share.
"The customer service is undeniably the best in the business. Tom/Gary have continued to go above and beyond all expectations to make sure our needs are met every day. I have never had a vendor that has taken such good care of their customers. ALWAYS. "
Gary and I love referrals!! Who doesn't? We are fairly certain that most of our customers appreciate the service that Gary and I provide for our customers. Especially, Mr. All Smiles Doninger. If they didn't, they wouldn't continue to buy from us, right? Well, we are trying to build our customer base and would really appreciate your help.

Last month we went to our annual convention. This year it was at the beautiful Opreyland Hotel in Nashville. At the product show, there were probably over 300 booths showing all kinds of new products. I stopped at one booth in the morning and tasted a "Gretzel" This is a new office snack from one of our cleaning and breakroom vendors. I probably ventured back to that booth 5 or 6 more times throughout the course of the day. The Gretzel is my new favorite office snack. Let me know you were here, or that you visited my partner marketing site www.pencilsandstuff.indoff.com and you will be automatically entered in the next drawing to receive a free box of Gretzels. They are terrific!
Last Saturday I was working outside with a sleeveless T-shirt on. Tuesday of this week, I got out of my car at my warehouse and saw a few snowflakes. Just now, I walked to North Park and back for a few groceries in shorts and a T-shirt. Crazy weather, but it looks like spring is finally here to stay.
Next week Gary and I will be doing an IAAP show. The word secretary has left our industry never to be heard of again. What was National Secretary's day, is now a day of appreciation for the International Association of Administrative Professionals. Also, I used to sell a lot of Secretary chairs, and now I sell task chairs. Next week, I will be giving away the "Maze" chair from Eurotech Seating along with some promotional items and two Kitchen Sink Pizzas. The Maze chair is a very comfortable and reasonably priced chair. If you would like to test drive this chair, just give me a call or send me a quick E-mail. Also, if you visit this page or my partner marketing site listed below, you will automatically be entered into the drawing for my next giveaway.
I am a proud member of the Green River Kiwanis. We do one or two fund raisers a year for good causes. We are now selling BBQ Pork Butts and Baby Back Ribs. They are $25.00 each. My wife and I buy these every year and we always get three terrific meals out of them. The money raised is going to support the Dream Center in Evansville. Here is their mission statement from their web site.
I got my first business loan in the 1970's to open what became The Pour House pizza restaurant. The gentleman whom I dealt with at the financial institution had a quotation on the back of his business card. I thought it was pretty cool when I was in my 20's, but had no idea how true it would become as I got into the "Senior Years" of my life. This is how the quote reads.
"The life of every man is a diary in which he means to write one story and he writes another; And, his humblest hour is when he compares the volume as it is, with what he hoped to make it."
Our newest winner is Ms. Melody Ellsperman. For visiting my site, Melody will receive one Kitchen Sink Pizza and an Indoff coffee mug.

This was the wedgie that my good customer wanted when she called years ago. And, I had one sitting on my desk underneath my calculator when she called.
Nobody got the answer correct, but Melissa Wagner of Junior League of Evansville was the lucky winner this week. Melissa will receive a Kitchen Sink pizza and a free Indoff coffee mug. Since the Oscars were on last night, I thought we should have some movie trivia. What was the first color film to win Movie of the year at the Oscars?
